During my tenure as a UX Researcher at PoshRobe a few years ago, I had the privilege of gaining insight into the inner workings of the company. Looking back now, it's evident that the design ethos in place then doesn't align with current design trends.
A particular area of interest is the company's core concept - renting wedding dresses. While innovative at the time, this idea still holds untapped potential for enhancing its features and user experience. My motivation to delve into this case study stems from the wealth of UX data I accumulated during my previous stint at PoshRobe. This data, I believe, can serve as a valuable resource to reinvigorate the design and functionality of the platform, propelling it towards a more contemporary and user-centric direction. In this case study, I aim to elucidate the rationale behind my choice and the invaluable insights that can be derived from combining past experience with current design needs.
So in this case study I’m particularly focusing on the product/ dresses booking feature and some additional features which would make this platform more engaging.
